The Forest Roastery recommends stopping for a peak moment with a cup of this coffee. Forest Roastery’s own Cafe Metsäpaahtimo uses this blend in its speciality coffee machines, and the product has been developed by extracting thousands of cups. Although the coffee roaster and barista creeps closer and closer to perfection, it is never achieved, but it is the journey that is meaningful in this job.
In this espresso blend, we combine two of our single estate coffees, Prabhakhan Natural and Bynemara Wash, both Arabica varieties. The espresso roast, as the name suggests, is for dark roast coffee lovers and those who use an espresso machine or a mocha pot for coffee extraction, but it also works for the filter, press and pan coffee maker looking for a strong body and roast.
The coffee is roasted with self-sufficient solar and wind energy and shipped by Co2-certified sea transport. In Finland, the beans have travelled in a biofuel-powered vehicle. You can choose to have your coffee packaged in a 100% compostable coffee bag with a label created from hemp and sugar cane material, or in a printed recycled cardboard coffee bag. When ordering online, you can choose the grind suitable for your coffee equipment. Your coffee will keep fresh and taste best if you order your coffee as a bean and grind the coffee beans just before extraction.
