All our coffees come from our own Forest Roastery, and they are directly imported specialty coffees from small estates. Our baristas will brew specialty coffees for you with skill and expertise.

 

Forest Roastery’s coffees are also available to take home or to the office from our coffee shop. There you can also find other forest products we produce, such as cold-extracted spruce sprouts syrup. If you wish, we can grind the coffee to your desired grinding degree, which guarantees that your coffee is fresh.

 

Our café’s products are handmade, vegan-focused vegetarian delicacies, and we also offer gluten-free pastries. Some of our products are baked on site and all products are from the highest quality small producers in Finland. Our selection also includes products made from organic ingredients.

 

We also offer various breakfast sets from smoothie bowls to porridge and Metsäpaahtimo’s signature breakfast. Our specialty non-coffee based lattes are an adventure worth taking – try the spruce or the chajga latte, for example. You can indulge yourself with raw cakes or a handmade non-alcoholic premium kombucha drink while watching the calming ripples the Lapinlahti Gulf.
